Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) is a medical device used for noninvasive treatment of breathing problems, primarily obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). A CPAP device consists of a machine, a flexible tube, and a mask (covering nose, mouth, or both). The CPAP machine delivers a continuous, mild flow of pressurized air through a mask.
